3 axles Nicolas MDED for Japan market

Supro Trailer exported 3 axles Nicolas structure hydraulic modular trailer in Japanese market. This is the test order from our Japanese clients, and the Japanese market has very strict quality standard! Such as the welding and paiting of the trailer. The welding must be very clear and smoth. 
For the hydraulic parts, we use 1.5 times over loading to test the working perforamnce of the hydraulic parts. We do not allow any sitaution of the oil leak, and need quicky response of the oil reaction!

How to Use Semi Trailer ABS System

1. Do not flush the combination valve directly with water when washing the car, otherwise the ABS system will be faulty.

2. When welding the vehicle, the ABS power harness must be unplugged, otherwise the ECU will be damaged.

4. The trailer is equipped with a pipeline filter, which needs to be cleaned once every three months to ensure that the pipeline is clean to prevent damage to the ABS.

5. Always check whether the sensor connector is loose. If it needs to be replaced, it can be inserted incorrectly. It is necessary to ensure that the gas path and the sensor correspond one-to-one. The same side brake air pipe corresponds to the same side air outlet of the combined valve.

6. When the wheel hub is being serviced, care should be taken not to damage the surface of the ring gear. If the surface of the ring gear is dusty or oily, it needs to be cleaned and the wheel speed sensor needs to be cleaned.

7. When installing the wheel, the sensor should be pushed to the bottom to ensure the gap between the sensor and the ring gear. When installing the wheel hub, pay attention to it and do not install it wildly.

8. When braking on wet road, it is not necessary to use continuous jog, just full brake.

9. Since most brakes are conventional brakes, ABS does not participate in the braking process, so it generally does not cause high temperature of the wheels, but abnormal high temperatures may affect the sensor.

10. In case of failure, the user shall not dismantle the parts of the ABS system by himself, and should consult or deal with the ABS manufacturer or the companys after-sales service department.
